Paul, Yes , I mean the hand throttle ,sorry about that , The drive shaft is telescopic and is molded to fit one inside the other , will check on position of uni joints to see if they match up for alignment , I think the throttle linkages must be binding as the PTO shaft on the tractor spools up fairly quickly ,the ORC is new but is not a snug fit on the PTO shaft , a bit wobbly , I must have a combination of errors , When the guy who sold it tells you all is well ???????, ime to take another look. I haven't yet noticed that the govenor is working. Thanks, Ken

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
