Called around. Safety Kleen said they don"t work with homeowners, only business. Other environmental place said they could probably take care of it, for about $300.
Called my local mechanic, and he said he"d drop by in the next and pick it up for nothing. I tried to make sure he understood that the thing was rusted and had holes, but not sure he understood.
So, in the next couple days, hopefully the thing will be gone. Also gonna have a talk with the little brother about not stockpiling used oil.....
