: Jim My pa in law told me of hundreds of old Fords that went to the scrap drives of WWII, I would guess that a lot of old farm equipment went the same way. The link to the past was almost severed once and it would be sad to see it go a piece at a time. Old tractors, old implements, old guns, old languages, old ways, old people, I think we've fallen into the snare of "new and improved."
