You should be able to use a mowing pattern that reduces your sharp turns to about four at the end. I go around 5-6 times without coming out at the ends which leaves me good wide headlands. Then If the shape is such that the headlands are long I will take a pass down the middle, then work on one side until I have been around it about four times then work on the insides of both until one side is done. This way I am left with only about two tight turns at each end of the half that is left, but then I have good size ends to turn in.
