Why are you separating the ball joints? You can replace any and all bearing on that axle without touching the ball joints.
If you're doing a wheel bearing/ hub assy, then you need to remove: 1. The wheel 2. The axle nut 3. The brake caliper and rotor 4. The wheel bearing/hub assy
If you're doing a carrier bearing in the differential, then you need to do all of the above, plus: 1. pull out the axle shaft 2. remove diff. cover 3. remove carrier bearing caps 4. remove ring gear/carrier assy
