If there is a fix please let me know. The outer hub spline is supposed to be a tight fit to the axle shaft. Permatex is usually not the cure. Most likely the spline on the hub is too worn and even if you do get it tight the oil leaks between the wear on the hub and axle spline. Either the hub needs replacing or the hub and axle together. I replaced the hub on mine and it quit but sometimes it's both pieces. Look for the wear on the axle spline, it's usually easy to see.
