Have not got her back yet, she was walking up by the corral yesterday bellering a while, soon as she seen the lady that owns the farm she trotted off to the willows and just watched her. She was up by the corral area last night, looking lonely, and probably wanting to get at the creep feeder, which was gated off. Weather moving in today, going to move the creep feeder into the corral for one thing. Have some nice tender green grass hay in there too. I am going to try and see if I can get mama, seperated from the rest and bring her back today. If not My cousen has a few halter broke weaned calves we can bring there, that may lure here. If anything this sure was a lesson as to what I should build that corral like. I didnt really want to bring the cattle over there theis late summer as I didnt have a corral built and there wasnt a winter weather source, but land owner really wanted the cattle over there to clean up that pasture good, and with no rent it was sure a good source of feed for a couple months. This is the first time I have had a problem really with cows. First but not last I am sure. Sure is noisy here with them weaned calves and mamas though. Praying for her to come in today, that is for sure.
