I don't know why ' comes out as " during the first post, but what I found out works for me is that after typing a post, then clicking "Preview Your Reply", before clicking on "Submit Reply" after inputting my password, I "back arrow" back to where I typed my post, then "forward arrow" back to "Submit Reply", and the " will have changed back to the original ' before I click on "Submit Reply". Generally, I have to do that only after the first post, and am ok after that. A word of caution, before typing your post and clicking on "Preview Your Post" that first time that advances you to password, copy your post because sometimes, and I don't know why, when you back arrow back to the original post after entering your password, it gets erased, which can be a real pain if it was a longer post, or if you lose stuff you looked up just for that post, etc. It usually doesn;t happen, but once in awhile does, so beware. That way if it gets erased, you can paste it back in, then post it. I suppose I wouldn't have that problem if I didn't clean my cookies, but as a practice before shutting down my computer, I always do, always have.
By the way, that is a great looking piece of equipment.
