hydraulic flushing

I have a Ford 9N with a "Hydreco" back hoe that has terrible looking hydraulic fluid in it. I want to flush and replace this stuff. Can anybody with experience in this regard give me any information on the best way to drain all? I've cycled about 10 gallons on new fluid thru here, but it ,too, gets milky looking after I put it in.
