350 Crawler/Loader Overheating

Sounds like you have covered all the simple common causes, the thing I caught was the low tempature of the coolant in the block! Are you sure it is acutaul getting hot or is it just burping out the radiator due to an air lock in the system, this can be correected by bleeding the air lock out by loosening the Tempature sender at the top of the head letting trapped air out, bleed until collant appears. What happens trapped air turns to steam building pressure causing coolant to be forced out. Thermostats will not open with no water sensed tempature agaisnt them! If this isnt the cause you may have a pinhole or a cracked liner, Hole or crack may not be bad enough to let coolant in but it will alow the system to pump commpression into the cooling system, (Like a cracked head or bad Head gasket.
