I have a TORO lawn tractor after it has been running for about an hour or so it will die or idle down on its own,if I stop and idle it down by hand and idle it back up it will run for for a while and do the same thing. if you turn it off it will start and die start and die. I have had the carb cleaned and rebuilt. This motor has a solinoid on the bottom of the the carb and a vacume fuil pump, I have tested the solinoid and it seams to be working right. what could be the problem.
