Repainting the garage floor. After a lot of memory searching I figures out I first did it with a product called H & C concrete stain, solvent based (it reeks). Its been about15 years and 90% is gone where the cars drip road salt. the edges don't look too bad. Went HD to look at paint and am kind of confused. They say no latex on oil! only oil porch and floor on old oil, but it will not be as durable as their one part latex epoxy or latex concrete stain. I say use the epoxy latex on it. I got it all clean and like I said in the traffic areas its basically gone. Please don't suggest the expensive two part epoxy. Its what i really want but I cant get it clean enough to justify that.
