I'm in the house and I've got time to post some pics so I hope I dont bore ya!
512 started our calving season. The warm dry weather isnt good for the crops but it sure has made calving season easy!
Then off to the races with corn planting.
These were the best conditions we have planted into in years. It was a very pleasant spring.
I caught a few sprinkles on the windows on day.
But the sun returned and we finished planting in still beautiful conditions.
Thought of Allan when I took these. I know he likes cultivating corn.
Not much cultivating goes on here anymore. I did see a one nieghobor cultivating this week and that is the first I have seen in a few years.
And of course.....
My buddy wrigley was there every step of the way, although, he slept alot!!
Today, memorial day, I leave you with this picture. Its the little cemetary around the corner from my house. Long unused and mostly forgotten I thought something was missing so I went to town and got a little flag and put in the fence.
