Yes and no. Only 0.3 of rain,but hellacious winds. We're one of the few in the area with power still. The power company was here an hour or so ago and put some orange band on a pole across the road,but I don't know what that was about. The cows will have it torn off if it's there too long.
That one Tuesday morning did just about the same thing to us. A lot of close lightning strikes,but no rain. It stayed just off to the north east a few miles just like the bulk of the Thursday storm.
