We had to put my daughters terrior done last year. Little guy was scared of his shadow.....but stoud up to my 6.3" 230 LBS son. Was funny. We were doing daycare for my grandson who was just about 3 months old. Son worked nights and his wife days. My son and the dog never did get along. Wife had the grandson in a playpen in the yard with a bug net over the top. Son comes walking down from his house to get his son and that little dog got between my son and grandson and was going to defend that baby to the last. He was also afraid of thunder. Couple of days later was the 1st thrunder storm of the year. Every time that thrunder would crash my grandson would shake. My wife was holding him. That little dog, scared as he was, jumped up on her lap and laid across his legs trying to protect him. He was part of the family.
