Cub Cadet 1810 Oil Leak

Have a Cub Cadet Mod #1810 that has an oil leak between the hydrostatic unit and the gearbox. Got a new gasket from the local dealer and replaced it. Also applied Permatex yellow gasket adhesive. Now leaks worse then ever. I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and what they did to fix it. The dealer hasn't a clue. Thanks
