Well I hope none of you on here never get older or have poor health. Many seem to be beating up on some one willing to pay someone to WORK!!!!! They are not asking for a FREE HAND out. They are willing to PAY someone to WORK!!!
WOW what a terrible idea!!!! Actually paying someone for their WORK!!! We can't have that type of thing in this country!!! We have to give out all your money for ZERO return.
THEN READ the AD!!! It says 3-6 times each week. That is NOT 6 days a week like some are stating here.
There are many reasons they may need some part time help. MAYBE they are older and need someone part time so they can keep their animals.
Maybe they them selves got a job that requires them to work long hours 3-6 days each week. So they need help on the days they have to work??? I know some guys that have been shifted to 12 hour days. So you take a 12 hour shift and some drive time and sleep there is not any time left.
There are hundreds of possible reasons for them to want to hire some help. The thing that really surprises me is that many are criticizing them for wanting to HIRE someone. I guess your boss is a guilty of all the faults you are laying on these people because he is hiring YOU!!!!
Around me there are just about ZERO jobs for young kids anymore. My Grand daughters would kill for a chance to work with animals and get paid for it. They have to PAY for the upkeep on their horses. They are having a tough time finding anything that will pay them money. They spent all day yesterday walking and picking up cans and bottles in the road ditches to turn them in for the deposit. Do any of you think they made $10 an hour.
