Monday mornings are the worst time to visit most service departments. There is usually a two day backlog of breakdowns, sales deliveries, and people stopping in for something quick before they leave town on business. 80 percent are "emergencies" or "need it done immediately" type jobs. Tuesday mornings are completely different, the ciaos is sored out, everything is more relaxed, the service manager has time to listen to special requests, and the shop isn't as busy. Often my vehicle is driven into a shop bay in less than ten minutes.
