Goofed on the Dr. Smith. His real name is William Campbell Douglass II, MD. He is a very vocal guy and says what he thinks. For a long time I subscribed to his "The Douglass Report" where they advertise "Time after time, 'Dr. Douglass was right' ". These reports give you a totally different view of a lot of things.
Dr. Sinatra's info sheets are Dr. Stephen Sinatra's Heart, Health & Nutrition (reports). Described as "a cardiologist's Guide to Total Wellness".
On both of these, once you get a pile of them you have pretty much touched on the important things and unsubscribe.
Another view was in "Alternatives" news letter from a Dr. David Williams. Don't you usually get a slice of the pie when you work?

What's great is my GP is very forgiving. He knows I seek outside advice and he doesn't counter it. He even told me that he doesn't cater to all the whoopie the AMA puts out either. We get along great.
