I wrote about this on here in the past few weeks. I use Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM. I buy it from Swanson online but it's common in ww and other places. Swanson has quality products, a large variety, and you can't beat their prices, service and low shipping costs.
The easy to swallow pills I take are 6 ea. twice a day and 6 of the easy to swallow pills contain 750 mg of #1, 600 mg of #2, and 300 mg of #3.
The Swanson stock number is D6SW1138, page 29 of the current catalog. Price per bottle of 360 is $10 plus shipping to your door.
I basically had lost use of my right hand. I couldn't close it all the way and the middle finger on that hand would partially close then snap, closing some more and stop before it got fully closed. Pain was always present. I couldn't write and doing any mechanicing was a total joke.
This stuff doesn't work overnight and to get it started I doubled up on the serving. After a couple of months (don't remember exact time lapse) I started noticing significant differences. Not long after that I started to regain full control of the hand. The snapping quit and I can shake your hand today as good as I could 30 years ago.
Since CT is in the wrist "joint", this puts something back in the joint to cushion the movement. If it worked for my hand surely it will work for your wrist.
After the condition cleared, I quit taking them on a regular basis. Now, I only take them when I grasp a wrench too hard on a big bolt and just pop them for a day or two till things get back to normal. Normal farm activities don't bother it.
For about $25 you have a chance to solve your problem. Worth a try the way I see it.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
