I have had carpel tunnel issues for the last fifteen years or so. I have had surgery on my left wrist twice and in 3-4 years it is back to hurting again. With the cold rainy weather today plus a full week working in the shop and driving tractors my left wrist is hurting so bad that I had to dig out an old wrist splint. It helps some.
I have read that a sure sign of carpel tunnel problems is hand/finger pain in all but the little finger. That is what I have most of the time now. It comes and goes depending on weather and activities. I some times have to stop wrench work for a week or so for it to settle down. Using a hammer will just about set it off at any time. Driving nails will do it every time.
My right hand has it to a smaller degree but it is hurting today as well.
So any of you guys having any luck with any thing that helps your carpel tunnel???
