I second the chiropractor. I was having carpal tunnel symptoms and severe headaches, and very irritable. Had three bones slid back on each other in my neck causing it all. Took three visits a week for a month, but I could feel the difference by the end of the second week.
First thing that chiropractor did was take x-rays to verify his diagnosis. I avoid ones who don't loosen the muscles before adjustments like the plague.
