8n ford enginge block

I have blown a hole in the cylinder wall of the engine block. It is about the size of a nickel. There are also two grooves in the wall from the piston being blown. What are my options for fixing. A new stock engine is too expensive so, I was wondering if it could be welded and then rebored or if a sleeve insert could be put in. Any knowledable info would be greatly appreciated.
