Having read this entire post from start to here, I'm only eating Herr's chips from this day on. Every other company seems to use russets which have had the oil extracted before frying to produce home made chain oil that'll cause crybaby mechanics to lubricate their tear ducts and whine about farmer mechanics that'll sell junk equipment to some dummazz mechanic wannabe farmer.
