Depending on your donor engine. Might have to change the oil pan,side rails or the front cover. Also the turbo will be to high for the hood. But I guess you were going to take it off anyway. Have a friend who has one in a 4020. He used 4320 side shields and radiator screens. Also the 4320 ex-manifold. He also has a extra cores in his radiator. But shouldn't be a problem in Alaska. His has 200 hp, and no trouble with the rear end or trans.
