Do they charge you an additional fee ? I bought my own tank when they said I didn't buy enough and sent me a tank rent bill in the mail. I bought the same I always did,fill it up when needed. I can't help we had a mild winter that year.
I'd shop around for a used tank. They run around $1.00 per gallon size when used. Once in awhile you can get 1000 gal for a better price because many don't want one that big setting around.
I price shop a couple of suppliers now. They are both running # 1.59 gal. now. Which should be .10 higher in a lease tank. But many of those companies charge WAY more for the fuel.
