Fuse blowing on Cub Cadet 1863

Cannot keep fuse from blowing. Have any suggestion have checked wiring and can find no visible deteriation. I had it worked on in a dealership and afterwords found bare wires under seat that was shorting out. Disconneted front clutch and still blows fuse. Can anyone give me a suggestion
I am desperate. Have had it to three dealers and they cannot find the problem. PLEASE GIVE ME A IDEA
