ONE TROUBLE SHOOTING IDEA i HAVE USED IS TO SOLDER A 12 VOLT BULB ACROSS A BLOWN FUSE AND PUT THAT IN FOR TEST PURPOSES. WHILE SHORT EXIST BULB WILL BE BRIGHT BUT LIMIT CURRENT. AFTER YOU FIND SHORT THEN BULB SHOULD DIM.
