I see allot of their buggies on the road near my property. On occasion with a small lantern up front. Flat black, no reflectors on them. We're supposta share the road. Then if they can use taxpayer maintained public roads why is it they are exempt from safety? Oh but it's their beliefs and I should respect that. Well I got no problem with their way of life, but here's my belief; I do no business with their fruit/veg stands or anything else until I see some damn reflectors / paint on their damn buggies. That's all there is to it.
