I know what you mean about not being able to find what you need at tsc. Does not seem to matter what it is exactly. I think it comes from catering too much to seasonal buyers. I once told the manager of our local tsc as I left her store with a frown on my face that I bet I could walk through her store and count at least 200 empty bins (out of stock) items. She did not take the bet.
