I have been fighting a cold for the last two weeks. I got wet fixing a water line that had frozen. I was ice cold and soaked with water/ice by the time I was done. Went home and had a hot shower an warm blanket but still woke up with a plugged up head/runny nose.
I have been taking just about all of the common over the counter stuff and nothing seems to be helping. (Good heavy dose of Nyquil will make you sleep. LOL)
Wife is raising cane for me to go to the VET for a tune up. I don't think there is much he/she can do. My lungs are not full of fluid/crap. It is just my sinuses that are full of nasty junk.
The real PIA is I need to take the wife up to Rochester this week. They want to work on her hip. They will not want me around any patients with me hacking and such.
Makes me mean as a bear too. LOL Sleeping is an adventure too. Get so tired then lay down and hack. Switched to the recliner in the living room so the wife can get some sleep.
Not really any point to this post other than to rant. LOL Grumpy old man in charge today.
