Proofmeter Ford 600/800/900/2000

My '62 2000 was NOT originally equiped with a proofmeter, however the back of the hydraulic pump has a threaded opening where a proofmeter cable bushing would fit. Is there a special cap that fit in there? Was there pump housings made that did not have this opening? Any idea where I can get a cap?
