I think the biggest concern is the particulates, and they will kill you. I know where you live you don't think that's a problem, but it all contributes, and we all breath the same air. We just got back from the warm SW, and when you sit on a mountain top overlooking a major city you can really see the pollution, and when you wake up in the morning you have to blow it out of your nose.
