I third the option on you needing another dealer. First off, I have worked at an AGCO dealer for the last 14 years and I do not ever recall seeing such a restock fee. Besides, AGCO has the parts technical department to assist the dealer if he has questions about the part. Also if the illustration is at fault, well that's what claims are for. The customer can easily fill one out and point it out to AGCO that they are at fault. I agree with jwmfarms 100%, if it is my fault the customer would never pay for it. Its crazy but I want my customers to come back again.
AGCO gets a lot of slack on these websites and as far as I can see when someone goes on here with complaints its AGCO's fault about 25% of the time, the rest of it is customer or dealer error. We also sell New Holland, Gehl and Krause and don't think Ive never had a problem with them. They are no better. I will not go into detail but any of these companies anymore lack the proper customer relations that we once had.
