Friend had a New Holland skid steer with bad engine. Due to finances found an engine from salvage yard. Both were Shibaura made but the replacement was from a different application. Had to switch oil pan and pickup tube, some fittings on water pump and injection pump linkage. Started right up but problem is we can't get enough rpm out of the engine. There are two adjusters on the pump but can' find anything on how to adjust them. Any one have experienced with these?
