Got it all apart and have the new chain ordered. It was tough to get the pin out but finally was able to get at the upper cotter pin and pulled it out the bottom. Was able to get at the cylinder that the broken chain connected to by winching it out with the BH extended and bucket doug in, then mover the swing activator to the opposite side and was able to overcome the pressure that the cylinder has to keep tension on the chain. I had to flutter the valve a little and the machine was only ideling but the come-a-long was hooked to the bucket and it all worked fine. I just have to put the chain in, pin and cotter pin it and re-secure the hoses and should be pulling stumps again. I'll post the results... :)
