Thanks for the help. The tractor was really a mess electricaly so changing things around is ok. I like the idea of the one wire alternator. My only issue is a mounting bracket and the pulley configuration. The original bracket is held on the tractor by two bolts and could fabricate something if I could see a picture or what someone else has done to make this work. The tractor won't have a lot of use, just something for my dad to drive around the farm. Thanks Larry
