I hate to tell you this, but it's time for a newer baler.I've been there on a 56 baler(and also on a new holland 283).When they get to that point,it's time to replace it.The rest will not be far behind. The old baler has simply reached the end of it's lifespan. It's just 'used up'.IIRCyou need to remove all the strippers. Then remove all the teeth. Then remove the bearings on the tine bars and slide them out the little 'window'.The cam track Comes out last, after the 'cage' is completely disasembled/On the one I had,I cut out the entire end,removed/replaced the cam(I have a brand new cam track hanging in the shed),etc and then rewelded the end back on.The IH baler at best was marginal.NewHolland and JohnDeere are LOTS bettere machines with good parts support/availability.Do yourself a BIG favor and junk it,dont even mess with it,cut your losses and run....
