Agreed on the process. There is no easy way to do this. Everything comes apart in small peices - takes forever to do (done it in a hay field on a 440 with my dad as mad as %#($ after one destroyed itself).
The 440 and 445 balers are 10X the baler the older 45, 46 and 47 balers were. A 47 with the updated knotters will at least work somewhat reliably but its still very slow going in the field. The 440s were a huge step up in speed and volume.
