I went to look at a 2005 Chevy 2500 4x4 yesterday. $10,990.
The truck has 86K miles on it with the 6.0 engine. The right front wheel bearing is going bad, the AC needs charged and both side rockers and cab corners are starting to rust thru..
I took my 2003 Silverado in to see about a trade in value. My 2003 Siverado has 127K on it and runs good. No rust issues.
Darn if he didn't low ball me and offer $2000 for a trade in value on my truck. Where are people coming up with the $30 and $40 K for these new trucks? Also are these high mileage used trucks actually selling for these asking prices?I must be missing something. LOL
