: I have a Ford 2000 3cyl. diesel tractor that I was replacing tires on and thought I would check the brake pad whileI have the wheels off. I have not been able to remove the hub even after loosening the brake adjuster all the way. Is it attached to the axle or am i missing something else? thanks. J.Coleman If it is like the 600/800, 601/801 series Ford tractors, look for two screws or three spring nuts which are holding the brake drum to the axle shaft. Remove these and you are home free! Good Luck!
