Well its making a rubbing noise that is getting worse, just wondering, what is eventually going to happen? How long before it fails ? Was hoping to finish up some log towing and similar, then try to deal with this.
Looks like time to find an engine hoist, a place to hang the loader and use the flat area in the back of the garage to split it on the concrete floor, car will have to go outside, should be sold and replaced with a nicer tractor. Hate do do it but.....
This one is not in the best of shape, 5 speed needs repair, front end pivot pin, power steering repaired which would be close to $1500, loader needs repair too, scrap value at best, so with a clutch and as is, a mediocre 2nd tractor.
