Where are your bleeder screws located? Are they at the top of the caliper? Or at the bottom?
I've heard of folks having this type of problem, and the caliper bleeder screws were at the bottom. The solution was to swap the calipers side-to-side so the bleeder screws were at the top...because air will tend to rise to the highest point. If the bleeder screws are at the bottom, the air is at the top...and it's almost impossible to get it all out.
