I posted a question a few weeks ago about my hot rod (1938 Chevy) brake rebuild and here is where I am at now.I've been dealing with this brake rebuild for way to long and have just been spinning my wheels(No pun intended). Everything is new except for the front calipers and rear wheel cylinders. Other then that all new lines (No leaks) and a new Wilwood 1inch MC
I've tryed vacuum pumps, reverse bleeders, old school way,you name it and I get the same resaults. Nothing front or back.
Yes I've bench bled the MC.. Even took it off and done it a couple more times just to make sure..
Today I put one of those handy dandy white containers with the clear hose as my dad worked the peddle and I worked the bleeder screws. There were some bubble at first on the drums in the back and also up front at the calipers. Went around each wheel 3 times with NO AIR BUBBLES,but have no brakes at all.. I made sure the rear drums are adjusted good before I stated as well.
Today I held the caliper in my hand and watched to see if the piston even comes out. It does BUT it will retract as soon as the peddle is lifted. I do not have a residal valve for the front but I do for the back drums. The master cylinder sits high on the firewall so thats why I dont have a valve up front.. I also noticed today while bleeding the MC (again) that when I go nice and slow and steady it looks fine no bubble but if I go a little faster I do get a lot of small bubble soming out. Almost looks like a foam?? Not sure what thats all about. I've called Wilwood before and there is only maybe one or two guys that make any sence. Today (Saturday) they are closed so I figured I'd see what anyone else out there thinks..

The golden corn ripens well and early, the stoking, stacking,.... the drawing in with the tractors and trailers and a few buck rakes thrown in, and possibly a heavy horse. It would be a great day for the collies and the terrier dogs, rats and mice would be at the bottom of the stacks so the dogs, would have a busy time hunting and killing, all the corn was gathered and ricked in what we c
