Check world wide rates on wikipedia and such. The more green energy the higher the electrical price. Lots of smoke and mirrors on price too. My last bill was 79% the lowest time of use rate of 7.7 cents per Kw. Average price of my power after surcharges etc was 19 cents per kw.
