a few yrs ago I showed my dad some pics that I think were on a link here to a auctioneers website,there were endless pics of old trs sitting in row after row after row,then just endless pics of random trs all at one location,im thinking I remember there was a little over 400 trs at this place..then I ran across some pics on these huge engines sitting in a field/pasture rotting away,i think they were close to the miss river and used to make electric yrs ago,like a power station,maybe??.does anyone know where I could find these at again,im not having any luck,or know of any,i just enjoy viewing,and wondering how a person acumilates so much in a life time??.anyone have any stories of vast amounts of stuff just sitting for yrs,im sure theres lots and lots of fields/growed up farms all over the Midwest with huge amounts of what once would have been good trs/equip once you get off the interstate highways???

Today's Featured Article - 12-Volt Conversions for 4-Cylinder Ford 2000 & 4000 Tractors - by Tommy Duvall. After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
