I can tell you one worse than that. I got a form right from the government that has to be filed with my taxes by March 1. The preparer had them all done and all I had to do was go pay her and pick up the vouchers to send the checks before she hit the key to e-file. Then last Friday afternoon,I got an email from that government agency telling me not to file yet,they had put the wrong info on the form that they sent.
So I unless it comes in a day or two,I either have to pay $50 to file an amended,or pay late fees and penalties.
