I don't want people to show up at the same time either, but these guys call (about a week prior) and want directions and I tell them to call before they come. Well wouldn't you know I listed a generator a few years back and one guy called and said he was on his way. Fine. Well while showing it to this guy at mom and dads house another guy showed up out of the blue at my house too. Worked out good for me as I told the guy if he wanted it to pay up otherwise this other guy was almost here. They get their money out fast then !
