Yeah its a little off topic but.. Was thrilled yesterday to hear the local "kid" Brandon Scherif from Denison Iowa that played ball on the same field my boys do is going to the Redskins! Best part of this is he is a good common sense kid that works hard and comes from a good family. He could have gone pro last year but wanted to make sure he completed his degree at Iowa. He is a real likeable guy, comes back and does interviews with the local radio station and is very personable and doesn't seem to let his success give him a big head. Hope he has a successful career!
