Again, I sure wouldn't want to take the advice of a 17 year old kid that has hauled a couple tractors. Also, a person can pull WAY MORE then they can stop. Years ago, I hauled salt out of Kansas, back to ranchers in Nebraska. Had a 1 ton SRW Ford, and a triple axle, (9000 pound/ axle) trailer. I always hauled a minimum of 10 ton, and 1 night came out of the mine with 14 ton. Crossed the scale at home weighing 43,000 pounds. I couldn't keep tires or brakes on either the trailer or the pickup. NO WAY I would do that now, even with my Dually Dodge with a Jake brake, and a quality trailer. If you survive long enough, and learn from your past, you change some how you do things.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
